Users who connect their external YouTube channel to OFFSZN to utilize our automatic video publishing capabilities do so acknowledging that OFFSZN utilizes YouTube API Services.

By linking your account and using this core integration, you explicitly agree and are legally bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Please refer strictly to our Privacy Policy for more clarity on how we manage your OAuth credentials responsibly to maintain this service secure.

Direct Transactions: Payment for each license is securely executed directly from the buyer to the producer exclusively via PayPal or validated Manual Payments (Yape/Plin). OFFSZN operates as a structural facilitator interconnecting both, but completely refuses intermediating the direct flux of licensing funds.

Commission Calculation (Starter Plan): A fixed 5% platform commission strictly applies to the original pricing allocated by the producer, assumed by the buyer automatically at checkout (Ex: $20 Product + $1 fee = $21 Total).

Pro Plans: Active paid Pro subscribers structurally override this rule, exempting them wholly from this platform sales commission and securely receiving 100% of their licensing volume (excluding external gateway fees).

For users in Peru, OFFSZN facilitates Manual Payment options via Yape and Plin. These transactions require manual verification by the producer or platform administrator.

• • Verification Process: Upon sending a manual transfer, the buyer MUST upload a clear screenshot of the transaction and provide their phone number. Validation takes between 24 to 48 hours. The license will be released only after the producer confirms the receipt of funds.
• • Accuracy of Information: The user is strictly responsible for verifying the producer's phone number or QR code before executing a transfer. OFFSZN is NOT liable for funds sent to incorrect numbers due to user error. Additionally, users must ensure the phone number provided for verification is accurate; providing incorrect data may lead to permanent payment loss or verification failure.
• • Unidentified Payments: If a payment is received without a matching phone number, transaction ID, or screenshot provided via the platform, OFFSZN and the Producers reserve the right to hold the funds until the user provides undisputed proof of ownership. No license will be released until the tie is legally established.
• • Delayed or Late Payments: OFFSZN is not responsible for inter-bank delays, mobile wallet maintenance outages, or technical network errors that delay fund receipt. Any payment executed after a promotional offer or price change has expired will not be honored at the previous rate.
• • Fraud Prevention and Blurry Content: If a screenshot is blurry, edited, or appears fraudulent, verification will be denied immediately. Attempting to upload fake or reused screenshots will result in a permanent account ban and potential legal reporting.
• • SMS Verification: We may send SMS alerts to verify your identity or notify you of a successful payment validation. Standard carrier rates may apply. Users are responsible for maintaining an active and correct number to receive these vital communications.
• • Non-Refundability: Manual payments are final and non-refundable unless the producer explicitly agrees to a reversal due to service failure.

En OFFSZN, aplicamos una política de reembolsos estricta basada en el uso real de los beneficios digitales de la plataforma. Para ser elegible para un reembolso de una suscripción pagada (Starter o Pro), el usuario debe cumplir obligatoriamente con los siguientes requisitos:

Para solicitar un reembolso que cumpla con estos criterios, el usuario debe contactar a soporte a través del Centro de Ayuda. Las renovaciones automáticas o suscripciones recurrentes no son elegibles para reembolso una vez procesadas, a menos que se demuestre un error técnico del sistema.
